If the video loads too slow or doesn’t show up at all please follow these general steps:
(1) Restart your web browser;

(2) Go to Properties and clear your cache/temporary internet files and cookies;

(3) Turn off any popup blocker or other ad blocker, they sometimes block videos;

(4) Right click on the video and go to Settings. Click on the folder icon to the left of the Close button and increase the Local Storage space;

(5) Use Firefox, other browsers (including Internet Explorer) are not not be compatible with some media players;

(6) Make sure you don’t have scripts/javascript blocked;

(7) Make sure you’ve got the latest Flash and Shockwave plugins. http://get.adobe.com/flashplayer/

 
Why does the screen freeze when entering full screen mode?
Right click on the video and go to Settings. Click on the first icon (display) and uncheck 'Enable hardware acceleration;

 

My ISP blocked this site, what can I do?
Try using of the following proxy method:

You need to download Divx. Divx is free and needed to watch almost all of the videos here. You can download it at http://www.divx.com/divx/windows/ It too, is free. Make sure to close your browser and reopen after installing Divx webplayer.

Why do I get full page huge pop-up ads on every page I visit?
You are blocking cookie files, either by having too tight (above defaults) security settings in your browser or by using a second grade anti-spyware or adware program that doesn’t work properly.

Why is my video stopping and playing randomly?
The video isn’t fully buffered, wait a few minutes for the buffer bar (The bar that goes ahead of the video progress marker) Depending on your Internet connection some videos can take a long time to buffer (download).

Why is the video loading so slowly? Is it your server?
All of our videos are hosted on dedicated server, so it is not our speed problem. However if site navigation is slow, it is either your ISP, or it is us and we are probably aware of it and working to fix it.

I have a problem with the video and your solutions above don’t work.
Try downloading and using firefox. Other solutions include refreshing the page, restarting your computer, or disabling a firewall (Some firewalls block divx). Also MAKE sure to close all other windows, except the one with the video on it. Also, if you just installed Divx web player, Restart your web browser, it should work then.
